Bet you haven't
heard of Amber Heard. (Yes, pun intended.) Neither had I but dang does this girl know how to work a red carpet. At the ESPY Awards she was total perfection in a sweetheart neckline Vivenne Westwood dress, a slightly tousled updo and a naked neck.
