Sheer by Design
Sheer doesn't have to be trashy. But at the same time, because it can be associated with trashy makes it seriously high fashion when done right. So if you are thinking of taking on this newest trend, I recommend first confirming that it's appropriate for the event, and second, wearing it tastefully with the right amount of coverage underneath. But most of all, have fun with this one. It's not easy to pull off so if you do, do it with confidence.

You're so right about this one - it must be done right! Last night I saw the cutest little black dress with sheer short sleeves and sheer at the bottom - super cute without being trashy. ; )
